24-Hour Free Cancellation: All bookings made on Skycenda can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked — regardless of fare type or airline.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact our support team via email at support@skycenda.com, phone at 1-800-SKY-HELP, or live chat.
  2. Provide your booking reference (e.g., BK-1234567890) and the reason for cancellation.
  3. Receive confirmation — we'll process your refund request within 24 hours and send a confirmation email.
  4. Refund processed — the refund will appear on your original payment method within the timeframe listed above.

Airline-Initiated Cancellations

If the airline cancels your flight, you are entitled to:

Schedule Changes

If the airline makes a significant schedule change (more than 2 hours), you may:

Non-Refundable Items

Seat selection fees ($25) are refundable if the booking itself is cancelled within the refund window.

Skycenda Discount & Refunds

Refunds are calculated based on the total amount you actually paid (after the Skycenda 30% discount). You will never be refunded less than what you paid. The discount is permanent and does not affect your refund eligibility.
