How do I book a flight on Skycenda?
Booking is simple: 1) Enter your departure and destination airports, travel dates, number of passengers, and cabin class on the homepage. 2) Browse results and click "View Details" on your preferred flight. 3) Review the full itinerary and price breakdown, then click "Continue to booking." 4) Fill in passenger details, select a seat, choose any extras, enter payment information, and confirm. That's it!
How does the Skycenda 30% discount work?
Skycenda negotiates bulk rates with airlines worldwide. We pass 100% of those savings to you as an automatic 30% discount. No coupon codes needed — the discount is already applied to every price you see. Check the price breakdown on any flight to see the exact amount you're saving.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments are processed through our SSL-encrypted, PCI-compliant payment system.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Cancellation and change policies depend on the airline and fare type. Most bookings can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of booking for a full refund. After that, airline-specific fees may apply. Contact our support team for assistance with changes.
What is included in the ticket price?
Your ticket price includes: the base fare, all taxes and government fees, airport and service charges, and the Skycenda discount. Meals are included on all flights. Seat selection ($25) and extras like travel insurance, Wi-Fi, and lounge access are optional add-ons.
What baggage is included?
All tickets include a personal item (fits under seat) and a carry-on bag. Checked baggage depends on the airline and cabin class — Economy may or may not include a free checked bag. You can always add extra bags during booking for $75 (1 bag) or $150 (2 bags with priority handling).
How do I search for one-way flights?
On the homepage search form, click the "One way" button at the top. The return date field will automatically disappear. Enter your departure city, destination, date, and search. It's that easy.
Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. We use 256-bit SSL encryption and are fully PCI DSS compliant. Your card details are encrypted end-to-end and never stored on our servers in plain text. We take security very seriously.
